UK Delivery

International Delivery

We ship worldwide. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.

Typical international delivery times:

• Europe: 5–10 working days
• North America: 7–14 working days
• Rest of World: 10–21 working days

Please note: international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping fees.

Order Processing

• Orders placed before 2pm (GMT, Monday–Friday) are typically processed the same day.
• Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends/bank holidays are processed the next working day.
• During sale events or peak periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 working days.
• Bank transfer and cryptocurrency orders are processed after payment is confirmed — this may add 1–2 working days.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and the name of the carrier. You can track your parcel directly on the carrier's website.

We use the following carriers for UK deliveries: Royal Mail, DPD, Evri, and Hermes. The carrier assigned to your order depends on package size and destination.

Missing or Late Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking information first. If the tracking shows no movement for more than 5 working days, please contact us at info@gosales.shop with your order number.
